The outer shipping box was crushed and partially torn open when received. The item was damaged (not from shipment) and showed wear beyond expectation. Earpads and head pad were worn, torn, and sticky. Worst issue is that one of the bows was broken in two pieces, but wrapped with black tape to disguise the damage. I would return for a refund, but I don't want anyone else to get this.
