When arrived this was not included I asked about it and the salesperson said it was a stock picture and did not say anything about the included harness. I wrote back saying it also did not say that the item came with mounting hardware, or a hitch mount and pin, yet it still came with. picture needs to change - it takes a few minutes using free software,
