    nice set of plans although it did not include a plumbing sheet. I asked the seller about this and the seller never replied. The communication for the seller is the reason I a leaving a negative review. Seller said they had shipped the plans on 2 different days and when I questioned them they became hateful. To bad because the plans are nice.

    Nice blueprint with all details I needed and included were plumbing and electrical layout. Although shipping was delayed due to no fault of seller, seller offered to reship the item but finally received w/o need to reship a copy of same item. Good Seller communication. I would recommend a different shipping platform since ups was very slow even with priority shipping.
