- t***t (602)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI’m a professional knife sharpener base on NYC I bought this stone hoping to speed of my work flow, but it fail completely, the stone feels and work like a 220 grit stone, the main reason I don’t like and I would no recommend this stone, is because it keep way to much metal so every single time I sharp just one knife I have to remove the metal collected at least 4 times and for me it’s just time consuming, I do sharp about 350 knives a month, and this stone doesn’t work for me
