    Seller breached eBay User Agreement sect 7 Listing Conditions by failing to disclose item was unfit for purpose being cut/torn on x2 panels and the cap band then declaring it was not sold/ shipped in that condition when, on close inspection of seller's image #2 of 4 (last image attached here) the background (light colored carpet) is visible through cuts/tears in said panels.

    This package was not sent damaged. The packaging was changed buyer acknowledged this in the communication. I fully refunded the buyer upon seeing the photos as a courtesy. The buyer then demanded more money than I was paid and refunded to them in the transaction and if I did not would report me. I wish this buyer the best but will not allow the negative review with out an understanding of the full situation.
