    A premium shipping charge was understandable for this expensive collectible but that was just a fraud as the seller loosely taped together two used boxes that arrived torn apart and crushed…this never would have protected the contents as there wasn’t additional cushion. I wouldn’t risk purchasing another item from this seller. Great item but poor packaging

    The shipping paid was the bare minimum for this item. Using the word fraud is a gross overstatement and a misrepresentation. I provided a card with my contact info to resolve ANY issue. My boxing was reasonable and consistent with retailers. The item was hugely oversized, Home Depot, UPS and Lowes did not carry boxes large enough so I had to combine two. The item came in its own box so me wrapping it up made it double boxed. I have sent 1000s of packages and only a couple have been wrecked.
