      Maybe the pallet mu printer was on was dropped during shipping? But the prints have a line down them, the color is off and the handle on the tray is broke. The printer was only described as Ricoh and I got a Lanier. As long as I get a return/refund I would do business with the seller again. I raised the review to 5 stars bc I can t know for sure if it was shipped this way or damaged in shipping. The seller has called my cell a couple times, he does seem to really care.
