    Make sure you ask for pictures every step of the way or you won't know what you're getting. I was told I will be getting something to find out that that wasn't the case and they didn't do what I paid for . Poor quality control and don't pay attention detail. I will not buy again because you can pay a little more for better quality

    This is custom saddle buyer sent me image of English leather buyer wants Indian leather saddle some shade differ due to Indian leather after i sent the images before ship buyer said open the stitch from seat ..I said it's looking bad they said no issue i manage item shipped after they said not happy this is not my listed saddle this is buyer saddle images which I customized.but i said remove negative still agree to resolve and replace
