- 3***3 (96)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI hate to leave negative feedback, but this suit was so obviously damaged that it should never have been sent. Many damaged and mismatched buttons and a torn seam that were not shown in the listing photos—it’s ultimately inexcusable. The seller was apologetic and promptly refunded, but a suit this damaged doesn’t belong on eBay, especially when not advertised (or priced) as such. A very quick QC inspection would have saved a lot of hassle and inconvenience.Reply from: larushant- Feedback replied by seller larushant.- Feedback replied by seller larushant.I believe the mother of pearl buttons were damaged with in the dry cleaning process or in the shipping box, I truly apologize for the inconvenience and did offer the seller the full $1000 back and he may keep the item free of charge, "This is the very most we could have done as a seller" he declined, my apologies again we will be more attentive to detail in the future. Minor miracle it was not destroyed in shipping as it was fully exposed upon arrival. Poor packaging.
