    The teapot was very well packed to prevent any damage. It was in good condition. It came in a timely manner from the UK. I was a little nervous because the notification by Royal mail said it was delivered, but it was being handed over for international shipping to USPS depot. That part wasn't really in the notification for a day or two. But, I received it as described in the post and I'm very happy with my purchase.
