Suggest putting thick cardboard on bottom of the box. I just printed another bracket no problem. The last one came with an extra bracket, appreciated. Also, you should say that you are shipping with a textured print surface plate. I need a normal steel sheet. If you have one I trade you textured for smooth steel. I’m sorry to hear the YMotor bracket arrived damaged again. I’ve noticed that the Y and Z motor mounts are more prone to breaking during transit, so I now include extra printed parts with each shipment. I also appreciate your suggestion about reinforcing the bottom of the box and will work on improving the packaging further. Thanks again for your continued support!
