This seller is in Canada (which I was not aware of at time of purchase and is very poorly disclosed in the listing). I purchased a $32 book shipping to the US. After shipping UPS notified me I owed $26.92 in tariffs. I contacted the seller to see if they were aware of this. The seller instructed me to refuse the delivery. I refused the delivery on 9/23 it is now 10/2 and seller still refuses to refund. Advised me I will get a refund "If and when I get the book back"Reply from: miragination- Feedback replied by seller miragination.- Feedback replied by seller miragination.This is a US tariff issue ENTIRELY not my creation. All my listings clearly state customs and duties are a buyer responsibility.
