I contacted the seller and he said it was my phone, that it was too full. To remove something from the phone and it would work, but I just bought the phone to just for the ear phone I bought. I told them my phone was new, but never got a reply back. To be honest im losing faith in purchasing through ebay. You have way too many people not working from an honorable place.
