It shows in the product photos on the posting both loops. When I opened the product when it arrived today there was only 1!loop and the ear buds. It would be helpful to know if this was just a mistake or if this is an intentional issue. Will not purchase again from this seller if they only put half the product in the packaging before sending it out to the customer. It said this was new. ……..
