The buttons stick and have a ton of resistance and the whole thing rattles in your hand. It is (barely) better then the 30 year old worn part it's replacing. If you have any other color then black switches it naturally won't match. Only buy if you're desperate as a water logged junkyard part is a better value. Keep the original as you'll probably need it while your upcoming part warranty finishes.
