    Items had dog hair between pages. I messaged seller explaining that my daughter was allergic to dogs, seller offered a partial refund. Absolutely unacceptable for unsanitary items, that pose a severe health risk

    Items were sold in used-acceptable condition of a non-collector's used paperback book. Outside of books were wiped with a clean cloth before packing. Books are very prone to holding dust and further instruction was given as to how to advise seller on how to remove any allergen in a manner that would not be expected of a standard used item sale. A partial refund was offered due to sellers refusal to return the item in the same condition it was sold in.
