Their communication wasn't exactly good. It seemed "canned". I told them up front, when the package seemed to have been lost, that I had to buy a replacement from Amazon and could not wait for their package. Nonetheless, I had to jump through hoops for the return, but I did manage to get the item returned and refunded. I am being nice to give them a neutral. I would not buy from again.

Nothing appears to be broken, but given how carelessly shipping companies handle packages, they were likely banged around quite a bit.
