    Dress wasn't new as advertised and it wasn't even the dress that I bought. The zip on this dress was broken and there was a loop broken for fastening the dress. It also took along time for the seller to get in touch... the whole experience was stressful as ebay had to intervene for the refund..

    The dress was advertised as Maggie Sottero ‘new with tags’ just missing the corset strap. When it arrived it had no tags and the inside label had been cut out. I work with a lot of Maggie Sottero and Sottero & Midgley and it was clear immediately it was not this designer as the internal hanging straps were unbranded. Messages but no reply, then seller agreed to a return which is the only saving grace. It is disappointing there aren’t further consequences for inaccurate descriptions/fake items
