I was informed that my Moriage teapot set and trays would arrive by 8/6, then 8/15, and it all finally arrived on 8/20/25. The cups were wrapped in one paper towel each and all six were put into a thin plastic baggie all together. Two of the cups were shattered. The rest of the set arrived without a scratch and look magnificent!
