I ordered the item on 25th April, and waited a month before contacting again for an update. I was still ignored. So I asked for them to re-send the item not give me a refund, but the seller gave a refund. If there is not an item in your inventory to send me then take the item off your inventory for others not to buy. They claim they use royal mail, but never had problems with them before.
