Weird I had replaced one of the window switches with one of those Chinese replacement parts and the current was back feeding through it and blowing up (yes red hot) the number 17 fuse! Replaced the window swtch, the #17 fuse (4 of them btw) and hit the breaker and (angel’s singing) my windows went up and down again!
