Took long to get here, but not sellers fault. This framed picture with glass was packaged extremely well and came in great condition exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this seller!

The ad stated all accessories and manual were included. I received a product safety book but no instruct. manual and about 2/3rds of the accessories were included. The biggest issue for me was I bought this model due to its ability to connect wirelessly to my emb. machine and PC. An activation card to access this function was not sent, so cannot access wireless capability. 😞
