        Buyer declined my offer of $14 and then $15. I had moved on to other auctions thinking we were “done” and then at close of the auction, buyer accepted my $15 offer he had declined. This has never happened to me before but I guess since eBay allowed it it’s “legal”. Very disappointed and would have appreciated if buyer had reached out. And though not their fault, I am now stuck with a large quantity of something I could have purchased cheaper.
