He also shipped the lights USPS Media mail, which is reserved for anything media-related, not lights. I had to make a trip to the Post office and pay postage due. He did reimburse me for that extra charge, but not the aggravation!

I emailed him about it, and he never responded. Be cautious about what you purchase from this seller and ask plenty of questions! He also shipped the lights via "media mail," and, of course, lights don't qualify for the discounted price. I had to pay postage due from the post office. The seller did reimburse me for the extra postage...
