No acknowledgement of receipt, progress or return tracking. I am sueing them in order to get what it cost me to get my car fixed by the dealership. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!Reply from: alarm_command- Feedback replied by seller alarm_command.- Feedback replied by seller alarm_command.The BCM that was sent to us was defective and had no communication with our programming software. I attempted to diagnose the problem to provide a better solution, which unfortunately resulted in a delay. I have processed a full refund for your order, and I appreciate your understanding.

We did our job and cloned the data from the original CEM to the new CEM directly on the board, not as the buyer wrongly assumed through the pins. We successfully cloned the flash and EEPROM data, mailed it back to the buyer, and expedited the shipping complementary. We repaired his old CEM and cleaned it and used our own fuses at no extra charge on both CEMs.
