Once all the 40 yr old rubber belts are replaced it should work like mine did when I was 13. It was definitely emotional seeing it again. The only disappointment was not having the original speakers, hopefully some will eventually come up for sale. I am extremely satisfied with this blast from my past. Everything was as described and shipped promptly although FedEx is an unreliable carrier who took 2 week to deliver but not sellers fault. Seller A++++++++
