        I initially contacted the seller to highlight a potential issue with the item. I requested a refund based on the information I had at hand. Sellers response was abusive. I explained I was providing the info to him as information only and not a criticism. However they decided to become aggressive and insulting in further messages. At no time did I stoop to his level of disrespectful comments. He continued to be abusive and it has now resulted in a complaint to Ebay under their abuse policy
