      First off, FedEx is a complete joke. Took nine (9) days for package to be delivered from Pennsylvania to Georgia. Had two completely different reasons for delayed delivery, both were lies. As for the item, I don’t know who to point the finger at but this radio unit is defective. Screen freezes, volume knob stops working periodically, and navigation randomly pops up and the cursor starts running across the screen. Complete waste of money. Will be going to a sound shop now for a working radio.
