When I receive the bulbs I saw they were not the bulbs I ordered but a different part number entirely. I feel the should have been refunded my complete payment upon sending the bulbs back but they charged me shipping fees anyway. If I had ordered the wrong bulbs I understand why I should pay return shipping but when they ship the wrong bulbs, it should be on their dime.
