Including information in the body of the description that contradicts the condition item is supposed to be in is misleading at best and fraudulent misrepresentation at worst. I could have purchased the same item from Amazon brand new for $3 less.Reply from: james-phx- Feedback replied by seller james-phx.- Feedback replied by seller james-phx.Instead of saying there was a problem with the order, the buyer started the conversation by calling me unethical and fraudulent, even though he admitted to not looking over the photos as the condition statement requested. I offered him a full refund upon the return of the item, which only made him angrier, threatening me with a bad review (see above). At this point I am waiting on the return of the item, hopefully undamaged, so I can refund and be done with this ebayer.
