When we received the order we were shorted the backplane and one breaker. Seller refused to send us the backplane and breaker. Seller tried to blame us for his shorting us. Seller violated Ebay policy and thinks it is ok to do so. We contacted ebay and ebay forced a return and full refund. From our email exchange I understood that you "still need the breakers" after I said the bus bar is not a match for the panel you have. You asked me to remove excess wires to reduce the weight. Which I did. This was a simple miscommunication. The backplate was discarded so it could not be sent. All the breakers in my original post were included in the shipment. I was not forced by eBay to refund you. I immediately offered a full refund. Member since 2003, 1st neg.
