Advised seller to add a stiff board into the flimsy plastic bag they ship it in. It came miraculously undamaged in just the same flimsy plastic bag. How any sane person could ship a very delicate item like this halfway round the world in a single layer of thin plastic bag escapes me.

You can tell by their cheap price. These frets are genuine so buy them with confidence. One minor niggle. I wish they would package them separated in order of ascending lengths, would save quite some time.
