    I am very disappointed in this adjustable ring. As I gently resized it one of the stones fell out and I had to pay my jeweller £15 to put it back. Not happy at all. Will not buy from this seller again.

    Silver is a soft metal, it is critical to hold the "ring head" as stable as possible when adjusting the ring band size. Recommendation is to adjust one side, then the other (while using one hand to hold the "ring head" where gemstones sit). This is an issue applicable to all solid silver rings (stone falling) not just my items. We do mention this "tip" in the silver jewellery care section in the eBay shop. But we will make sure we inform all customers who buy silver rings from us.
