I have asked this seller to swap a wrong colour of Mary Kay product I bought but they have ignored me as if I don't matter. I used Mary Kay products in the past and with the constant changes to their products, I went on Google to check the new equivalent of Bronze 5 which was the one I used in the past The information I got from Google was wrong which made me buy a wrong one for my skin tone.
