    These MDD 14TB HDDs came exactly as described! They were also packed very safe & secure bubble wrap! I had a question about these MDD drives and goharddrive was very quick to get back with me with answers to my question! I used crystaldiskinfo to verify both had 0 power on hours on them and tested 100% good condition with no bad sectors or issues! I'm definitely happy with my purchase (this is my 4th purchase from goharddrive) & their products & customer service are second to none!
