    Horrible seller. The seller shipped the item very late and then claimed that they had to attend a wedding The quality of the rugs itself was abysmal-loose threads, bad stitching and looked nothing like the photo. When confronted, the seller provides me with bogus pictures, which I called BS-how can you take pictures of every single rug you make? I asked for a refund and they kept dodging the issue and tried to delay the process.
