    Item scheduled to arrive four days ago. Tracking indicates it was at the post office where he mailed it over a week ago, and it wasn’t moving. I asked for a refund - he refused. He said the package is insured so I can try to get my money back from the post office. He is done with it. Of course I have no paperwork; no documentation of insurance or the actual value of the print. I responded that I should not have to fight the post office. I didn’t get the product, so refund the money.

    Item was delivered hours after this buyer left negative feedback. Buyer was asking for a refund even when the tracking number stated arrival the following day. Delivered on 6/21.
