I was granted a return one day outside the “return window” but since I had thrown away the original packaging a month ago, I wasn’t allowed to return. I sent photos of broken product and was met with a list of “warranty qualifications” for return. The box being the only issue. So I paid $107 for nothing. Wasn’t even offered partial refund. 10/10 do not recommend.
