    The sellers ebay diagram of the product I ordered and the photo of the product received are not the same. I sent both to the seller requesting that my credit card be refunded and the provide a return ship label. The seller has declined and wrote that my actions are abusive. ONE: The product I ordered was not delivered. TWO: in is irrational and poor service not to remedy the situation as requested. THREE: The credit card company is now involved. FOUR: the seller has created this situation.

    This buyer is lying. We sent him exactly what he ordered. We told him he could submit a return in eBay's system and he wants the transaction refunded outside of eBay. Very Scam sounding.
