- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseWorking server; did come with rails; CPU and RAM are working. PSU fans are loud, even when the server is off, the PSU fans keeps turning. Did have some broken pieces (front bezel, inside PDB cover) and the case has many dents, so it is clearly used.

An issue that should have been noticed in testing was the CMOS battery was reporting as failed on IPMI, luckily that is a cheap fix. BIOS was locked to 2.0a (from 2017), BMC was latest version (2025). The BIOS was locked and could not be upgraded without flashing w/ a SPI Programmer. Not UNIXSurplus' fault, but heads up if 2nd Gen Intel is needed.
