    Poor business ethics. Twice in 24 hours, I requested a refund but chooses to ignore me instead. Seller decided to simply fold over a large envelope in half, into a business size envelope. Cards were mobile inside immediately after carefully opening it. Used a soft plastic sleeve WITHOUT any tape, or any other proper protection. He described the Bart Starr card "very good", but had deep multiple creases, that was not disclose on the listing and image. (Unless the poor shipping setup caused it)
