Sleeves on this were 3 in. shorter than same jacket bought directly from Zegna. For a lux brand like Zegna this is unheard of. Seller claimed this was purchased from Nordstrom. When asked for a receipt to prove this they first claimed their tax guy said doing so was not feasible as seller had too many records for him to go through. Seller then refused to call Nordstrom to provide a receipt even though Nordstrom always happily obliges when requested for one. In my opinion, highly unethical.
