The item was sent pristine/factory sealed in a doubled box, but 10 days after delivery, the buyer contacted us showing the box was opened and repacked with lots of additional tapes not belonging to us. It turns out this buyer used a reshipper to ship abroad. Obviously the content was opened/checked and badly treated after it reached the forwarding facility. We understand how frustrated the buyer felt, so we still offered the refund upon returning the item, but never got a response.
