The listing photos nor the description indicated that the locomotive body was broken and the motor was no longer able to be attached. This should have been apparent to the seller, even if they "know nothing about trains". The ad title said it was "NICE"... but it is broken. I feel like I was deceived by the seller, even if by their ignorance of the product they were selling. I requested a partial refund to compensate, but the seller did not respond or agree to that solution. See photos.

I never said everything worked, I am not a toy train expert. I would have gladly given the seller a partial refund, but instead they wanted to "argue" with me about what I should know about toy trains......
