It has been nine days since I ordered this TIPM and it still has not been shipped. I reached out to the seller twice to have the transaction cancelled snd issue a refund, so I can buy it elsewhere and the seller has not responded. Ebay has no customer service to assist only automated service, so I'm stuck. Absolutely no consideration for customers, loyalty, time, and hard earned money. I should just sit and wait until I'm acknowledged!!! I need a refund please and thank you!!!

Buyer messaged after buying for cancellation which was why the order was not shipped. Then buyer complains about shipping time on a cancelled order. As per eBay policy, sellers are not obligated to cancel a order after payment received however we always refund if a buyer wants to cancel.

I'm very happy there are people like Joe M. with parts for older model cars as there's no way I could go to an auto parts store as a DIY-er to pickup this specialized part, and with the option to have Ebay online having a window was a blessing to find a part for my Dodge Grand Caravan the manufacturer doesn't make anymore... Just fifteen minutes and my Van was running like it did before the fuel pump relay messed up... For less than $200 dollars it was fixed by me and not $1000 to $2000by dealer
