The seller sent me a coat that was stained. It arrived looking different than the pictures, so I asked for a return. She claimed the coat was in pristine condition when she sent it to me. I sent her pictures of the stains, as well as pictures of the coat’s button wrapped in styrofoam. She said the button never had styrofoam on it, insinuating that I was trying to scam her. She refused to allow a return. I don’t know what happened or why the coat arrived damaged, but I’m not a liar or a scammer.

She protested WAY too much for someone who is not a scammer. Bought a raincoat (that was purchased by my wife and never worn and stored hanging and covered). I will not go through all of the back and forth that she pulled. While, I do not accept returns, I am also not unreasonable. Had I seen an actual problem that my photos did not disprove, I would have accepted your return.
