Good communication. Friendly seller. Beautiful item, but needed more protection to prevent damage. Seller worked with me to compensate for the loss, however, so I would buy from them again, as they have earned my trust from this experience. (Note that shipping from Japan does take quite a long time - as clearly stated in the listing, so expect that and don’t be impatient.) I really appreciate their quick responses to messages as well. I’ll be looking for new items as they become available! 😊
