after 10 days from ordering the product on June 8th, the product is not yet shipped, only tracking number is provided but no actual shipment (which means that product has not been dropped off to the post office). I contacted three times and one reply saying it will be shipped out, but no follow up. Contacted ebay twice and they are upset and they said they would take care of it.
