The shoes are beautiful and the condition reflects the photos in the listing, however I was disappointed in how they were shipped. They were shipped in a brown paper mailer envelope without any sort of padding or tissue paper. They were just unprotected inside the thin mailer. And unfortunately the bag had a small hole in it when I received them. Thankfully there wasn’t any damage to the shoes, but I could see the point of one shoe sticking out of the bag. I was very grateful it wasn’t raining!
