Shipping took three weeks, when item arrived it was broken and it took another three weeks to get a refund. I believe the reason why it arrived broken is because of improper packaging. The gpu wasn't even in a anti static bag, it was just wrapped directly with bubble wrap, which is basically a death sentence for any electronic component sensitive to static.
